There has been some excitement in our classroom over the last few weeks.
We have been housing some caterpillars ðŸ›.
After the lovely bank holiday weekend, all the caterpillars have now transformed into beautiful butterflies 🦋.
We just had to release them when we arrived at school this morning.
One of the butterflies was stuck in its cocoon so our teacher tried to help it. In the end Miss McIlwaine placed it on a leaf to see if it could help itself.
It has been so interesting observing nature in our classroom.
Just look at how excited we were this morning letting our butterflies go. 😊
