Ulster Scots Flagship Award presented to Oakfield Primary School

Oakfield Primary School was awarded the Ulster Scots Flagship Award today following 4 years of participation in the programme. This has involved workshops in music, drama, dance, art and cultural heritage. A visit to Scotland was also enjoyed by some of our pupils. Mr Gary Blair from the Ulster Scots Agency commended Miss Logan and Mr McCluskey for their valued input into the programme. The beautiful handmade award has been positioned in pride of place at the main entrance of the school. Fabulous achievement 👏👏
