We have been learning about St. Patrick in P4G. We started by watching a short video about St. Patrick's life. Then we took turns reading the story from a PowerPoint. Next we tried a quiz to see what we could remember - we answered all the questions correctly! Lots of our classwork today also linked to Saint Patrick. As part of our Literacy we tried some alphabetical order activities and in Numeracy we counted to pots of gold, coloured true and false number bond shamrocks, and spotted odd and even rainbows. We also discussed the myths linked to Saint Patrick's story, like the pots of gold at the end of the rainbow, but we think we'll keep a wee eye out just in case!
