We had a wonderful day celebrating all things Scottish in P4/5G today! We started in the canteen where we made our own shortbread - we hope all the adults at home enjoy their goodie bag tonight! Next we iced and decorated some pre-prepared shortbread, made 4 different Scottish crafts, enjoyed the story of Greyfriars Bobby, and took part in our very own Highland games outside - we should all sleep well tonight! The last treat of the day was to sample some Scottish snacks - tablet, shortbread, Edinburgh rock, oatcakes, and of course it was all washed down with some Irn Bru. What a fun day!
