We have started our new World Around Topic of 'Pirates'. So far we have been researching some interesting pirate facts online - did you know pirates thought having their ears pierced would make their eyesight better? We have also made some pirate board games - a bit like 'Snakes and Ladders' but you climb palm trees and landing on pirates can make you miss a turn, and we have designed our own pirate ships and flags. So far no one has had to walk the plank!
