Miss Logan's P6 class enjoyed a visit to Gardenrose Primary School in Maybole, Ayrshire in Scotland on Wednesday 24th June 2015. Our P6 pupils told their partner class at Gardenrose all about the history of Carrickfergus and the pupils from Gardenrose informed us about the local history of Maybole. It was really interesting to share information about our local environments. Later, we visited Culzean Castle where we enjoyed a picnic lunch together before touring this magnificent building. As the weather was warm, we spent some time at a super park in Girvan before our return boat journey back home.
