As part of our World War II topic, we have been completing some different practical activities. We designed 'Dig for Victory' posters to encourage people to grow their own vegetables, made fighter planes from lollipop sticks and clothes pegs, chose which clothes to buy with our rationing coupons, and completed some Diamond Ranking about things we would miss if we were evacuated, and foods we would miss if they were rationed. A lot of us would miss chocolate the most!!
