Today P4/5G had a visit from the W5 Schools Outreach Team. As part of our 'Extreme Earth' topic, Emma and Emily taught us a lot about earthquakes. We did some coding to let us see how experts can use technology to help warn people about earthquakes. Then we tried to build an 'earthquake proof' building! Our buildings had to be 50cm tall, and had to withstand the 'wobbly table' test at the end!
We had such a fun day and we definitely have some future engineers in our class!
