Mental Health Week so far in P4G
We started this week by making bags of worries. We cut them out, stuck them together, then filled them up with all the things that worry us. This lightened our load and made us feel much better afterwards.
Next we read the story of Milton. Milton was worried about lots of things, but then he found his jar of courage. This made him feel brave about things like sleeping with no light on at night, or hurting his leg playing football. We will be completing lots of activities about Milton, even Literacy and Numeracy.
We took part in a really great Pilates session. We stretched and made all sorts of shapes - we especially liked being jumping frogs!
