Mental health week in nursery

Nursery participated in some activities as part of our whole school mental health awareness week. We relaxed on Tuesday while doing some pilates and on Friday we had lots of fun with Ryan from Uplift. We thought about our emotions and our breathing and had lots of fun doing exercises and moving round the hall! The nursery boys and girls really enjoyed both activities and returned to nursery feeling happy and relaxed!
