January in nursery - Mrs Keaveney
1st Feb 2025
January in nursery has been all about hot and cold.
We had lots of fun in the snow (the sledges were a big hit) but we also talked about what happens when the sun comes out and how we can make ice melt faster. We dressed up in clothes that would keep us warm in the snow.
Our favourite was learning about polar animals. We know lots of facts about polar bears and penguins - ask us!
Jay visited nursery and taught us different ways of moving and new games to play.
Liza visited and helped us with dropping and catching.
We finished the month making penguins with our P6 buddies and dancing with us to a penguin song!
