P7M completed the ‘Healthy Me’ programme today. Gillian and Carla joined us from Action Mental Health to help us improve our emotional and social wellbeing. We had great fun working in teams and individually, as well as finding out that each one of us is Priceless, Precious and has a specific Purpose in life. A Friday well spent.... ðŸ˜
