P5McI are really enjoying weekly visits from Joanne from Fresh Little Minds.

She takes workshops to help us understand ourselves better; to think and feel positively about ourselves and our lives; and take time out to relax and be mindful. 💆🏻‍♀️

We have learnt breathing techniques to use when we are stressed, worried or upset.  We have talked about kindness, gratitude and respect. 🙏

It really is helping us to develop our Growth mindset, and become more aware of our fresh little minds! 😊
