Today we made Chocolate Easter nests.
We discussed ingredients and equipment first and then while Miss Davis melted the chocolate, we talked about the steps to make the Chocolate nests. Then our teacher gave out the Shredded Wheat.
We took it in turns in our groups to break the Shredded Wheat into small pieces and add to the bowls of melted chocolate. Then we stirred it together and passed it on to the next person in our group.
Once everyone had had their turn, we took it in turns again, to spoon in some of the mixture into our own bun cases. Finally we made a little hollow and added a mini egg.
During the activity, some of us went round and took photos of what we were doing!
We had such fun and worked really well together!
