A very busy fortnight in nursery!
In Mrs Baker and Mrs Keaveney's class there has been lots of art work, counting and colour sorting. We have also been very busy baking - we decorated buns for the whole school Easter bake off and we made Easter chocolate nests to take home! On Thursday we had a visit from Gary who works at Inver Garden Centre in Larne. He showed us how to plant seeds and we learnt that the ‘magic dust’ helps to keep the seeds nice and warm. He left us lots of different seeds to plant in our nursery garden. The boys and girls listened really well and enjoyed planting and watering the seeds! We paid a quick visit to Mrs McQuillan's room where we enjoyed some fishing and dressing up as different animals! Another busy week ahead boys and girls!
